Privacy Policy

We collect only data required to deliver the service: account data (email, name), resume content, application records, tracking metadata (status, dates), and usage events only when analytics consent is granted.

For AI features (offer/resume analysis, generated content), we primarily use models through the Groq API (OpenAI-compatible interface). Only data required for each request is sent. Retention and hosting conditions at processors depend on their current contractual policies.

Retention policy by data type, with automated deletion after prolonged inactivity or account deletion.

• Account (email, name, settings)

  Retention: Kept while the account remains active.

  Deletion: Deleted within 30 days after account deletion or 24 months of inactivity.

• Resume data (text, generated versions)

  Retention: Kept to run ATS analysis and tailored resume generation.

  Deletion: Deleted with the account, or on-demand from settings.

• Applications and tracking

  Retention: Kept to preserve pipeline history and follow-up actions.

  Deletion: Deleted with the account, or manually per application.

• Technical and security logs

  Retention: Kept for up to 12 months for security, anti-abuse, and diagnostics.

  Deletion: Automatically purged or anonymized at expiry.

Strictly necessary cookies (session, language) are used without prior consent. Analytics trackers are enabled only after explicit opt-in, and you can update your choice anytime via the cookie preferences button.

Some technical processors may handle data outside the European Union. In such cases, we rely on applicable legal transfer mechanisms (for example SCCs and/or adequacy decisions) according to each provider setup.
